Honesty, Integrity and Service: As a profession, we strive to uphold these core values throughout the entire appraisal process when conducting a residential Appraisal Report. As with any profession we are bound by ethical considerations. An appraiser's chief obligation is to their client. More often than not, for a regular residential appraisal, the lender (or an agent of the lender) places the order to the appraiser, becoming the appraiser's client. Thereon, appraisers are typically limited to only disclosing information to their clients, so as a homeowner, if you desire to obtain a copy of an Appraisal Report, you normally should get it via your lender and not the appraiser. Rest assured, we respect your home and privacy and if there are any questions, just ask. The Appraisal Report is conducted, without bias, with Honesty, Integrity and Service.Location
As we are located in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area, we service counties in Oregon and Washington. Our service area covers Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas Counties in Oregon and Clark County in Washington. We have been servicing this area well over a decade.
